SAP Development Trainee

About the Role

As an SAP Development Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship in key SAP technologies such as ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP BTP. You’ll support our consultants in building, enhancing, and implementing SAP applications that drive business success for our customers.

Beyond technical training, you’ll also gain consulting skills—engaging directly with clients, gathering requirements, and helping translate business needs into smart, scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply SAP development tools (ABAP, Fiori/UI5, OData, Adobe Forms, Smartforms, SAP Integration Suite)

• Support in designing, coding, debugging, and testing custom applications

• Enhance SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, HCM) and build reports, forms, and interfaces

• Assist in documenting technical specifications and test results

• Collaborate with consultants and users to understand requirements

• Participate in deployment and training activities

• Stay up to date with SAP technologies and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields

• Basic programming knowledge (Java, Python, C++)

• Understanding of databases (SQL, relational databases)

• Familiarity with SAP (an advantage, not required)

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

• Eager to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented

• Experience with OOP or enterprise applications (a plus)
