SAP EWM Consultant
McCoy Philippines is seeking a SAP EWM Consultant that will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, testing, and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. The consultant will focus on optimizing warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

What You’ll Do?
Solution Design & Configuration: Configure SAP EWM processes for inbound/outbound logistics, internal warehouse movements, putaway/replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and physical inventory management. Design warehouse structures including storage types, bins, activity areas, work centers, and resources.
Implementation & Support: Participate in full-cycle SAP EWM implementations. Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and recommend best-practice solutions. Support system testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. Provide production support and issue resolution.
Integration Management: Integrate SAP EWM with MM, SD, PP, TM, and S/4HANA/ECC. Coordinate with technical teams for interfaces, IDOCs, qRFC, and middleware integrations.
Business Process Optimization: Analyze warehouse operations and identify improvement opportunities. Recommend automation, warehouse control, and inventory optimization solutions. Support advanced EWM functionalities such as Wave Management, Cross-Docking, Yard Management, Labor Management, Kitting, and Handling Unit Management (HU).
Documentation & Training: Prepare functional specifications and configuration documents. Create test scripts and training materials. Conduct workshops, knowledge transfer, and end-user training sessions.
Who Are You?
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Technical Skills: 3–7 years of SAP EWM consulting experience, strong background with end-to-end SAP EWM implementations. Strong understanding of inbound/outbound processing, warehouse task management, RF framework, warehouse monitor, slotting/rearrangement, physical inventory, and handling units (HU). Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Embedded or Decentralized EWM. Integration knowledge with MM, SD, PP, and TM modules.
Functional Skills: Expertise in warehouse and logistics processes. Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills. Experience in testing and defect management. Effective stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
Preferred Skills: Experience with warehouse automation technologies. Basic ABAP debugging knowledge. Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.
