SAP Basis Consultant
McCoy Philippines is seeking a SAP Basis Consultant that is proficient in both technical and business domains to deliver meaningful impact to our customers. In this role, you will bridge the gap between these areas, ensuring seamless communication and understanding to drive effective solutions and business results.

What You’ll Do
Manage and monitor SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Perform system installations, upgrades, and migrations for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Cloud ERP, and other SAP solutions.
Implement and maintain SAP transport management, user administration, and security protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP Basis and system landscape.
Collaborate with functional teams to provide technical support during project implementations and upgrades.
Optimize system performance through tuning, EWA and monitoring of SAP applications and databases.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Who Are You?
7+ years of experience and extensive knowledge on SAP architecture, database management (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server), and operating systems (Linux, Windows).
Experience with SAP Solution Manager and other monitoring tools like SAP Cloud ALM.
Must have Hyperscaler experience (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud)
Good to have SAP RISE or GROW experience
Familiar with SSO, Web Dispatcher, Cloud Connector, BTP Account setup, CIS and alike
Good to have background with SAP High Availability concepts
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) are a plus.
