Jr. BI Trainee

Are you passionate about turning data into insights and eager to build a career in Business Intelligence and Automation? We’re looking for a Jr. BI Trainee to join our team and grow with us.

This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with foundational knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate, who are eager to learn and make an impact. You’ll be guided by experienced professionals as you support the development of dashboards, apps, and automation flows that help businesses make better, data-driven decisions.

Role Description

Learning & Development

• Participate in training and mentoring to build technical and consulting skills.

• Learn best practices in Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate development.

Solution Development

• Assist in designing and building dashboards, reports, and basic PowerApps.

• Prepare and transform data using Power Query.

• Contribute to automating workflows using Power Automate.

Collaboration & Requirement Gathering

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and document requirements.

• Gain exposure to business processes and data sources.

Technical Support & Maintenance

• Help troubleshoot basic issues in Power BI dashboards and PowerApps.

• Support data accuracy, consistency, and documentation updates.

Who Are You?

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong interest in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Automation.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI, PowerApps, or Power Automate (academic projects or self-learning are a plus).

• Familiarity with Excel, formulas, and basic data handling.

• Willingness to learn DAX, SQL, and data modeling concepts.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented and proactive attitude.

• SAP knowledge is a bonus but not required.
