SAP SD/MM Jr. Consultant

As a consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role will focus on optimizing processes in Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Distribution. Driving innovation, staying ahead of industry trends, and enhancing operational efficiency. With a deep interest in SCM, you will go beyond traditional SCM solutions to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies.

Your Impact

As the SCM Head, you’ll be at the helm of our SAP Supply Chain Management division, driving strategy, delivery, and innovation. You’ll lead an exceptional team of consultants and partner with clients to design and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes—from procurement to logistics—ensuring real business results.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for completing project deliverables such as: Business Blueprint, Functional Specifications, System Configuration, Testing, User Training, Go-Live support, and other necessary documentations. 

• Perform a variety of activities to understand business requirements and to be able to translate them into a solution using SAP. This includes but not limited to the following: requirements gathering workshops, process mapping, Fit-Gap Analysis, site visits, etc. 

• Provide guidance on the use of best practices and global standards to achieve simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness. 

• Work with Business counterparts to understand their requirements and their incidents/questions to give them timely application support. 

• Conduct presentations to audiences of different levels in the client organization on a variety of subjects/topics. 

• Communicate with colleagues and clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner. Work in a team environment with different individuals from different SAP Modules, especially those modules with integration to SCM.   

• Ability to accurately scope tasks and estimate timelines for different activities related to SCM. 

• In addition, this position will allow the individual to utilize his/her skills and experience by working with other consultants, build on his/her background, and contribute to the organization’s successes. 

Who Are You?

• 1-2 years of experience working as an MM/SD Consultant 

• Experience in full-cycle implementation is preferred.  

• Can work with minimal supervision in the SCM area.

• Knowledge on procurement, inventory, sales, and distribution processes, and its integration to other SAP modules (e.g., FICO, PP) 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
