SCM Head

Your Impact

As the SCM Head, you’ll be at the helm of our SAP Supply Chain Management division, driving strategy, delivery, and innovation. You’ll lead an exceptional team of consultants and partner with clients to design and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes—from procurement to logistics—ensuring real business results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team across SAP MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, and IBP

• Drive SAP SCM architecture, design, and delivery for complex projects

• Oversee configuration, SIT/UAT testing, data migration, and go-lives

• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices, corporate standards, and compliance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, IT) for seamless integration

• Stay ahead of SAP innovation (S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP BTP) to bring forward fresh ideas

• Support presales activities and represent McCoy in high-value SCM opportunities

• Build a high-performance, motivated team through regular coaching and career development

Who Are You?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience with the SAP PP module, including 3+ years in a managerial or team lead role

• Minimum of 5 full-cycle SAP PP implementations

• Exposure to various manufacturing industries

• Experience in solution architecture during project implementations

• In-depth understanding of supply chain business processes and SAP integration points (e.g., with finance, sales, manufacturing)

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• Strategic, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

• Proficient in project tracking, system monitoring, and documentation tools

• Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement

• Able to report to the office at least once a week
