Senior Account Developer

McCoy Asia-Pacific is seeking a Senior Account Developer focused on growing our staff augmentation business within the APAC region. You will build and strengthen relationships with C-level stakeholders of all type of companies, identify new entry points for deploying McCoy talents, and expand our presence through up-selling and cross-selling SAP and technology services.

What You’ll Do

  • Secures staff augmentation placements in all possible customer relations.

  • Drive consistent upsell/cross-sell growth with the current and new customer relations.

  • Leverage an established enterprise network to open new opportunities and expand our footprint.

  • Establishes McCoy as a trusted partner by aligning our solutions to customer strategies.

  • Builds and maintains strong C-level and key stakeholder relationships.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to deliver value and win opportunities.

  • Monitors account performance and ensure successful delivery of services.

  • Stays informed on market trends to support customer engagement.

Who Are You?

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience selling SAP solutions to the Asia-Pacific market from medium to enterprise customers.

  • Proven track record in staff augmentation growth, upselling, and cross-selling within the Asia-Pacific market.

  • Strong understanding of the ERP market in Asia-Pacific and familiarity with cloud solutions (e.g., ERP, Procurement, industry-specific platforms).

  • Established C-level network within major Asia-Pacific enterprises.

  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • A Singaporean national.

  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and maintain long-term customer loyalty.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

  • Highly driven, collaborative, and effective in fast-paced environments.
